    Louis, IL 62205-2832 Elmer Jones, Chairman East St. Louis Board of Elections 8740 State Street, Suite 200 East St. Louis, IL 62203 Dear Ms. Mosby and Commissioners: Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (5 ILCS 140) I demand an accurate and complete list of all registered voters who have not voted since February of 2008. We would also like a voting history report for all registered voters in East St. Louis going back to February of 2008. In September of 2011, you provided a 518 page version of nearly the same data. For the record, we prefer accurate and complete data CDs as opposed to hard copies whenever possible. Feel free to scan correspondence in as well.
