Bombay sandwitch

Ingredients

Serves : 1 2 slices wheat/white bread 2 slices boiled potatoes(cut thin) 2 slices tomatoes ( cut thin) 2 slices cucumber (cut thin) 2 leaves lettuce 1 slice cheese(optional) Dash of Sandwich masala or chat masala

Directions
Prep:2min Cook:1min Extra time:3min preserving Ready in:6min 1. Toast your bread lightly and apply a little bit of butter to it. 2. Place the potato slices, sprinkle it with the sandwich masala. 3. Place tomatoes and then the cucumber slices with the masala and top it off with cheese and lettuce. 4. Cut it into triangles and enjoy it with chips and cucumber pickle!

Shortcut This is a quick emergency lunch for vegetarians!

Apple and peanut butter sandwitch


Ingredients

Serves : 1 2 slices whole bread 1 tablespoon peanut butter, or to taste 1 small apple - peeled, cored and grated

Directions
Prep:2min Cook:5min Ready in:7min 1. Spread a thin layer of peanut butter onto one side of each slice of bread. Place grated apple onto the peanut butter, and place the other peanut buttered side of bread on top. Serve.

Paneer tika sandwitch


Ingredients

Serves : 1 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 cup finely chopped onions 2 teaspoons red chilly powder 1 teaspoon garam masala powder 1 teaspoon haldi powder 1 teaspoon sugar Salt as needed 2 cups chopped paneer 2 bread slices 1 tablespoon tomato sauce

Directions
Prep:5min Cook:15min Ready in:20min 1. Heat a pan with vegetable oil. Add chopped onions and fry until the onions turn pink. Now add red chilly powder, garam masala powder, haldi powder, sugar and salt. Mix well. 2. Add chopped paneer and mix. Stir and fry until the spices have mixed well with the paneer. Set aside. 3. Take a bread slice, spread butter and 2 tablespoons of the fried mixture. Cover it with another bread slice. 4. Grease a tawa with butter. Roast the sandwich until you get the preferred brown color of the bread.
