TULIAO, likewise of legal age, Filipino, married to ELVIRA DELA CRUZ, and a resident of Cattaran, Solana, Cagayan, hereinafter called the VENDEE: WITNESSETH That the VENDORS are the Heirs of Trinidad Binayug who are the registered owners of that parcel of land, described as follows: A parcel of land, identified as Lot No. 3187 of the cadastral survey of Solana, Cad. Case No. N-14 LRC Cad. Rec. No. N-219) with the improvements thereon, situated in the barrio Cattaran, Solana, Cagayan, with an area of 11,185 square meters more or less and covered by Original Certificate of Title No. 0-2855. NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of SIXTEEN THOUSAND PESOS (Php.16,000.00) Philippine Currency, receipt whereof in full is hereby acknowledged and confessed by the herein VENDORS from herein VENDEE and to their entire and complete satisfaction the herein VENDORS hereby SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY, as they by these presents have SOLD, TRANSFERRED and CONVEYED in a manner that is absolute 1,597.8 square meters portion of the above-described lot, in favor of the herein VENDEE, his heirs and assigns successors in interest free from all liens and encumbrances of whatever kind and nature.
