REF: Interaction on 1st Aug 2013 at 21.37 hrs. This is compliant regarding ph no. 890 435 9356. I called your representative via 198 service on 1st Aug. 2013 at 21.37, for enquiry on getting a complete Log details of my phone number for the month of July. For which he advised me to Type EPREBILL_JUL_email id and would be charged Rs 50. I specifically wanted log details viz., incoming and missed calls for which , I enquired and checked repeatedly with the representative if the incoming and missed calls would be reflected or not, and he again convinced me that I would be getting all the log details including missed calls and the received calls. I did the same as told by the representative and got the mail, which only reflected my dialled no. which was not required at all. After this again I called 198 and complained about the misguidance by representative for which I lost 50Rs.For this he forwarded my call to the supervisor and she refused to help me and extended apology and assured me action would be taken but she expressed her inability to refund the money, again my call was put forward to Mr. Chetan,Floor Manager. He instead of listening to our complaint disconnected the call, which was not professional at all.Later again I tried to call but I was unable to contact as my number was Barred. Hence I request you to look into the matter, Refund the money and resolve the matter at the earliest.Failing which Ill be complled to approach the appropriate forum for getting the justice at your cost.
