    Urea Reactor (R-101) shell course lining is planned in the forth coming turnaround. This shell course is located below 10th tray and numbered as 18th from top. The outlet nozzle of overflow pipe is also present in this shell course. So, a lining scheme with welding procedure is required for the lining of said shell course. Also, there is a suggestion to provide one additional weep-hole in nozzle for complete flushing of this portion. Please advise with drawings and necessary procedures.
