Sir, As you were aware that the above said property was purchased by our beloved father Late Sh. K.L. Manocha by paying consideration which he got by selling his ancestral property . The name of our younger brother Sh. Arun Kumar Manocha was included in the said property being the only male member of the family. Please note that no consideration was paid by our younger brother Sh. Arun kumar Manocha for purchase of the above said property. That our father died on 12TH November 2012 you are being informed that apart from Sh Arun Kumar Manocha who is our younger brother we re three sisters namely Smt. Lalita Bhatiani W/o Sh. Balwinder Bhatiyani, Smt. Savita Khanna W/o Sh. Vinod Kumar Khanna and Smt. Sudha Narang W/o Sh. Sudhir Narang are co-partners and other legal heir of Late Sh. Kasturi Lal Manocha. You are kindly requested not to pay rent of the above said flat to Sh. Arun Kumar Manocha in future otherwise you shall not be discharged of your liability as tenant or alternatively deposit the rent in court in the name of Smt Lalita Bhatiani, Sh. Arun Kumar Manocha, Smt. Savita Khanna and Smt. Sudha Narangas all are legal heir of Late Sh. Kasturi Lal Manocha.

Further you are requested to recover rent which you might have paid to Sh Arun Kumar Manocha from the date of rent deed till date and pay prorate to other legal heir else deposit the same in the court. Thanking you in anticipation Yours Faithfully
