INTRODUCTION Tilman Rodenhuser, 2013, in his paper stating that after Palestine was accepted as the non-member observer state of the United Nations in November 2012, Israel quickly declared that they will build a new settlement in the West Bank where this action will constitute major obstacle in the peace negotiations between Palestine and Israel[1]. This means that Israeli has built about 150 settlements in Palestine land since 1967 with 100 of it have been settled by the Jews without any recognition from any legal international organizations [2][3]. Israeli has also denying the right of the Palestinians in their own land and easily bypassing the International Law through every single loopholes and also easily twisted every single fact against them.
