Sanchez, We refer to the UFL reprimand letter of 24 September where you were directed to unconditionally refrain from training and playing in all competitions, tournaments, leagues and other events with Global FC and any other football club without prior written consent of Stallions FC as you are still presently considered officially a registered player of Stallion FC. In the same letter the UFL has forewarned you that any repeated violation will be met with severe sanction including a possible ban from all competitions of the UFL. On October 1 it was brought to our attention that you participated and played in the RHB Singapore Cup semi-final first leg match between Global FC vs. Tanjong Pagar United FC. Upon confirmation of your participation in the aforementioned match and without prior written consent of Stallion FC the matter was elevated to the UFL Disciplinary Committee. This is to formally advise you of the decision of the UFL Disciplinary Committee. The UFL Disciplinary Committee has sanctioned you with a ban from all competitions of the UFL for a period of one year with immediate effect for your repeated violations and failure to respect and comply with the directives of the UFL. You are hereby advised that should you decide to appeal your case you have a period of 1o days from receipt of this comminication to file an appeal with the UFL Appeals Committee but any appeal will not suspend the implementation of the decision.
