Baltimore Police Department arrests robbery suspects BALTIMORE, Md., Oct.

10 -- The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) this week arrested Brandon Marcus Ferrell, 22, and Stephanie Amber Smith, 23, for a series of five robberies over a six week period. They robbed a couple who were walking in the 900 Block of Whitelock Avenue on Aug. 21. The robberies ended on Saturday, Oct. 5 when officers arrested the couple in the 100 Block of Key Highway. I could not be more pleased with the hard work of the men and women of the Southern District, said Captain Latonya Lewis. Their tenacity and policing skills resulted in the successful arrest of these two individuals. Ferrell and Smith are charged with the following robberies: Aug. 21, 2013 900 Whitelock Ave. Aug. 21, 2013 2300 Linden Ave. Sept.30, 2013 Unit E. West St. Oct.1, 2013 Unit W.
