(content should contain minimum of 50 words there is no limit for max. but it would be optimum if you use 70-90 words).

The most important thing is both the names are given dont try to use any own name. all contents to the left as shown. Dont use comma and full stops at dear regards etc.. if u wanna use it use it everywhere, dont try to use it at some place and avoid at other place (for example use comma after dear and not using it after regards it would be a blunder mistake). Stick to only one format either a old one or a new one. Thats it. If u have any doubts u can ask me....
