We are glad to inform you that you both have won the W&W Archery Fan Reporters contest. Congratulations to both of you! We have just finalized the Field World Championships and have evaluated the performance and videos prepared by all the AFR during the 2012 season. We believe that your work and videos done during the World Cup in Shanghai this year is the best one of all and therefore you have won the contest. This means that you are invited by World Archery to come to our World Cup Final in Tokyo to be the AFR in this final. WA will offer you the tickets to go to Tokyo, accommodation in the hotel of the athletes and WA staff, meals and local transportation and any extra cost you will have to be with us an participate in this exciting final. We will need you to travel September 18th and return September 24thafter the event will be over. Please let us know asap: If you accept this invitation to come to Tokyo and be our AFR there. If you have passports ready for sending you the invitation letter to have you arranging the Chinese visas to enter in Japan

 If you need any other assistance on our side to come to Tokyo and arrange all the necessary paper work. What will be your airport of departure.
