    Dear Ms. Poitier: Our records indicate the Department has not received payment of penalties and expenses that were due by May 1, 2013 pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in the matter referenced above. Your account is now past due in the amount of $3,966.10. As stipulated in Paragraph 11 of the Consent Final Judgment, ordered on June 24, 2010 (copy attached), the payment amount of $3,966.10 includes the May 1, 2013, scheduled payment amount of $3,750.00, late payment penalty of $200.00, and statutory interest of $16.10 (33 days past due at 4.75%). Please remit $3,966.10 by no later than June 21, 2012. Make your check or money order payable to the Department of Environmental Protection and mail payment to Florida Department of Environmental Protection Southeast District Office, 400 Congress Ave., 3rd Floor, West Palm Beach, FL 33401, Attn: Karen Kantor. Unless this amount is paid in full by the date specified above, the Department will turn this matter over to a collection agency. If that occurs, you will be responsible for paying a collection fee in addition to the payment amount due to the Department. If payment has already been made, please disregard this letter.
