Mathematics:

PDHPE: - Practice the new skills learnt in sports time today. Focus on the manipulative skill of: bouncing a basketball, and at the same time running.

Spelling: -Revise the list of words and understand the meaning by using a dictionary. -Remember: Look, say, cover, write, check

HSIE: -Complete the homework sheet titled: Forms of transport. -Students, use descriptive words and sentences to describe each mode of transport.

-Complete the homework sheet - Read your titled: problem reading challenge solving buzz. book titled: Charlie and the -Refer to the chocolate factory, textbook for Roald Dahl. assistance. - Remember to underline and search any difficult words. Creative Arts: -Draw a picture of the inside of the earth, as we are studying the earth, in your arts and crafts book. -Colour the different layers using red, yellow and orange. Science & Tech: -Read the sheet: the earths layers, and write a short descriptive paragraph on each layer. -Remember: crust, mantle, outer core, and inner core. These are the four layers.

Comprehension: Home Activities: Journal Entry: -Read unit 14 titled: Our beautiful earth, and then answer the questions on the next page. -underline any difficult words and search their meanings in a dictionary. -Take a walk around the block for 30 minutes with an adult. -post a blog on our wiki mentioning what you learnt this week. -learn something new in the kitchen with mum and help her cook. - Continue reading up on your topics of interest and continue writing about it in your journal books. -Dont forget to have clear headings and subtitles.
