Symphonys payroll system needs to be fexible enough to cope with
diferent pay frequencies yet reliable enough to make sure everyone
receives the correct wage on payday.
Integration was of crucial importance to Symphony when looking for a new
payroll provider they already had in place a time and attendance system

Employees clock in and out and Selimas sophisticated payroll uses the data
to ensure employees are paid according to the hours they have worked
without any manual intervention. Data is also used within the HR module to
monitor attendance and manage absences accordingly.

in difcult economic times, Symphony Group can run a very lean back ofce
at much reduced cost.
