On his last day, Mr. Kadam must return all company property to his department head at the end of the work day in order to receive his full and final settlement. After due consideration the management has decided to accept your resignation, please note your last working date would be 06.04.2013. Please return all company property to your Department Head on the last day at the close of working hours, subject to which your full and final settlement will be effected.
