    A statement of principles or values states what believe in and how we will behave. The vision statement projects what we want to be.

    The strategy statement articulates the companys competitive game plan, which typically comprises statements of objectives, business scope, and advantage.

    SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT IN HOSPITALS

    Quality Improvements in methodology, as this involves hospitals collecting baseline audit data, feedback of evaluated data, targeted educational interventions a repeat audit and feedback on improvements in practice. Both the hospitals should support sustainable quality improvements activity (capacity and skills in hospitals) and embed quality use of medicines practices into hospital) and embed quality use of medicine practices into hospital systems. Both the hospitals are lacking behind in 24 hours pharmaceuticals services which are very necessary for every hospital. BHS needs improvement in system changes which includes a bedside pain prompt, changes in observation forms, additional posters and patient educational leaflets. This helps patients more effectively and increases efficiency and effectiveness of hospitals as well. Patients information leaflets to be developed detailing drugs given at discharge properly.
