Objectives: To understand the distribution channel of CFL bulbs in Delhi To understand the role of various channel members To understand the incentives, schemes & margins given by different brands to different channel members Methodology: Primary surveys will be conducted on retailers, wholesalers & distributers in NCR region. The structure of the survey would be interview based. An interview guideline would be created but exact questions would vary.
