Jammu Sub :- Declaration of Results of MD/MS/PG Diploma Courses Sir, With due regards, we the MBBS Doctors of J&K State appeared in the MD/MS/PG Diploma Courses Conducted by the J&K Board of Professional Examination may submit the following few line for your sympathetic consideration and interference. 1. The secretary / Commissioner for Health and Medical education issued notification on 6th of Oct, 2012 in the paper Greater Kashmir declaring that MD/MS/PG Diploma Courses in J&K Govt. and private Medical colleges will be filled by the J&K Board of Professional Examination as per the old practice leaving aside the NEET EXAMINATION for MD/MS/PG Diploma Courses at all India level. 2. The J&K Board of Profession Examination vide its Notification No. 01BOPEE of 2013 Dated 02-01-2013 in the paper DAILY EXCELSIOR fixed the date for the entrance examination on 24th of Feb 2013, which was also held on the fixed date i.e 24th Feb, 2013. 3. Most of the MBBS Doctors of J&K State had not appeared in the NEET Examination intentionally knowing J&K State being exempted from the NEET Examination 4. The Result of MD/MS/PG Diploma Courses is not being declared by the J&K Board of professional examination up till date as the decision not being

declared by the Supreme Court of India to Medical Council of India for NEET Examination 5. The Medical Council of India fixed the deadline for the admission to MD/MS/PG Diploma Courses in various Medical Colleges in the Country on 31st of May 2013 6. The Aspirant MBBS Doctors appeared in MD/MS/PG diploma courses are waiting for the declaration of results for the last 2 months approx. and are frustrated being an idle. It is therefore requested that medical council of india may be approached to allow Chairman J&K Board of profession Examination to declare the result of awaited MD/MS/PG Diploma Courses as J&K State being Exempted from the NEET Examination whoses case is prejudice in the Supreme Court of India Yours Faithfully
