Important Class Information
Eagle Express The Eagle Express comes home every Monday. Please keep the papers (your childs work) and any important letters at home. Return the folder to school on Tuesday. *Pizza Hut Book It will begin this month. Only those students who turn in a complete reading log form (6 books) will receive a free pizza coupon. *Library Day is on Thursday. Your child must turn in the previous book in order to check out a new book. Any damage or lost book has to be paid for before checking out a new book. *Please sign the agenda on the correct day of the week. By doing this, it lets us know you are aware of your childs behavior in class. -Please, Please purchase headphones for the computer lab. -Ice Cream will be sold at lunch for .60 cents on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Must have good behavior to purchase the ice cream.

Weekly Homework Information


Homework will be given Monday-Thursday. It is to be completed the day it is given and turned in the following day. If the homework is not turned in, your child will not have snack. Please check to make sure your childs first and last name is on his/her papers. It is to be completed by the child in his or her own handwriting. Please keep all graded papers at home. Do not send back to school. *Keep a set of crayons, scissors, and pencils at home.

You are responsible for providing your child with snack. Snack is at the end of the day. Snack such as crackers, chips, cookies, and fruit snacks, etc. Please do not send in candy.

- Oct. 26- Fall Carnival - Oct. 31- October Reading Logs are due - Oct. 31- Social Studies Project Due

Important Dates

Words are in the homework folder. Please cut out the words and store in gallon bag. The words will be used later on in the school year. Have your child study the words daily. New words would be given each week and keep a list of the words. A Sight Word Test will be given on Friday. Must be able to recognize and say the word. Not spell the word.
