CHAIRPERSON WELCOMING ADDRESS 1.1 The chairperson welcomed all the English Language society teachers and thanked them for attending the second meeting.

RAISING MATTERS 3.1. The English Language Society activities will be continued during the co-curricular activity every Wednesday. Action: All teachers 3.2. Every teacher need to conduct the activities according to the plan. Teachers need to encourage the pupils to take part in the activities. Action: All teachers

OTHER MATTERS 4.1 Teachers are encouraged to think of the suitable activities that can be conducted in 2014. The activities need to listed and submit it to the coordinator.
