The notice requirements provided for in the “Open Public Meetings Act” have
been satisfied. Notice of this meeting was properly given in a notice which was
transmitted to the Times of Trenton and the Trentonian, filed with the Clerk of the
Township of Ewing and posted in the Ewing Township Municipal Complex, all on
the 2nd day of January, 2009.

1. Proposed changes to Olden Avenue Redevelopment Ordinance

E. CONSENT AGENDA:

1. Authorization for the Chief Financial Officer to pay Township bills in the
amount of $715,986.41.

2. Approval of minutes of the meeting of July 13th, 2009 (Agenda) and July 14th,
2009 (Regular).

3. A Resolution authorizing a Refund, as recommended by the Tax Collector in

the amount of $81.38 due to overpayment of August 1, 2009 tax quarter to
Counts, Lucille W., 305 Silvia Street, Ewing, New Jersey 08628 for property
owner Counts, Lucille W. for Block: 341 Lot: 6, Qual: C-305 also known as
305 Silvia Street for refund due to overpayment.

4. A Resolution authorizing a Refund, as recommended by the Tax Collector in

the amount of $200.58 due to overpayment of November 1, 2009 tax quarter
to Omara, Hafiza ux, 1761 Fourth Street, Ewing, New Jersey 08638 for
property owner Omara, Hafiza ux for Block: 53 Lot: 55 also known as 1761
Fourth Street for refund due to overpayment.

5. A Resolution authorizing a Refund, as recommended by the Tax Collector in

the amount of $309.79 for period of August & November 2009 tax bill due to
lower assessment to Hernandez, Eduardo & Maria M., 23 Delaware Avenue,
Ewing, New Jersey 08628 for property owner Hernandez, Eduardo & Maria
M. for Block: 423.02 Lot: 107 also known as 23 Delaware Avenue.
6. A Resolution authorizing a Refund, as recommended by the Tax Collector in
the amount of $442.79 for period of July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009 to Soheha,
P.O. Box 9416, Trenton, NJ 08650 for property owner Hernandez, Eduardo
& Maria M. for Block: 423.02 Lot: 107 also known as 23 Delaware Avenue.
Refund is given due to lien sold to Soheha (3rd party lienholder) in error at
the Annual Tax Sale on June 29th, 2009. Tax Sale Certificate #09-317 is to be
voided.

7. A Resolution authorizing a Refund, as recommended by the Tax Collector in

the amount of $1545.80 for period of August & November 2009 tax bill due
to lower assessment to Montgomery, Larry W. ux, 2 Boone Avenue, Ewing,
NJ 08618 for property owner Montgomery, Larry W. ux for Block: 253 Lot:
9 also known as 50 Broad Avenue.

8. A Resolution authorizing a Refund, as recommended by the Township

Construction Official in the amount of $84.00 to William Hillman, 25 Bonnie
Rae Drive, Trenton, NJ 08620. Fire permits were obtained for Aunt
Martha’s Funnel Cakes and Casino Tony Goes Hot Dogs, Green Lane Soccer
Field, Ewing, NJ 08638. The fire permits were supposed to be obtained by the
State and were inadvertently paid to the Township.

9. A Resolution authorizing a Cancellation, as recommended by the Tax

Collector in the amount of $904.02 for period August & November 1, 2009
tax bill due to recommendation by Tax Assessor and Special Tax Counsel for
property owner Budget Car Rental c/o R.E. Tax Dept. for Block: 373: Lot:
5.03, Qual: S01, also known as 1100 Terminal Circle Drive.

10. A Resolution authorizing a Cancellation, as recommended by the Tax

Collector in the amount of $904.02 for period August & November 1, 2009
tax bill due to recommendation by Tax Assessor and Special Tax Counsel for
property owner Hertz Rent A Car for Block: 373: Lot: 5.03, Qual: S02, also
known as 1100 Terminal Circle Drive.

11. A Resolution authorizing a Cancellation, as recommended by the Tax

Collector in the amount of $658.50 for period July 1, 2008 to December 31,
2009 due to cancellation of sewer billing due to house fire which occurred on
June 26, 2008 to Hernandez, Eduardo & Maria M. for Block: 423.02: Lot:
107, also known as 23 Delaware Avenue.

12. A Resolution authorizing a Cancellation, as recommended by the Tax

Collector in the amount of $72,784.30 for CY2009 tax bill to Ewing Equities,
LLC due to subdivision for Block: 13.01: Lot: 11, also known as 1629 N
Olden Avenue Ext.

13. A Resolution approving Stephen C. Stackhouse as a senior member of the

Prospect Heights Volunteer Fire Department.

14. A Resolution authorizing a performance guarantee release for RBI, LLC –

Roller Bearing (Block 341.01, Lots 3 & 3.01) – Ewing Engineers CMX
Project #060 4385 03 – 06.

15. A Resolution authorizing a performance guarantee release for Carolyn

Stokes Day Nursery (Bloc 13, Lot 5) – Ewing Engineers CMX Project #070

16. A Resolution authorizing reduction of maintenance escrow fees for Madison

at Ewing (Block 225.02, Lot 56).

17. A Resolution authorizing a performance guarantee release for Greenwood

House/Abrams Residence (Block 345, Lots 12 & 141 and Block 344, Lot 32) –
Ewing Engineers CMX Project #050 2604 05 – 06.

18. A Resolution authorizing Troy Avenue Civic Association to hold a block

party/road closing on August 29th, 2009 starting at 1:00 pm.
 19. A Resolution authorizing Corinth Baptist Church to hold a block party/road
closing on September 12th, 2009 starting at 11:00 am.

20. A Resolution authorizing Prospect Heights Volunteer Fire Company No. 1 to

hold a parade/block party/road closing on October 3rd, 2009 at 11:00 am.

21. A Resolution authorizing the conduct of an off premise 50/50 cash raffle
sponsored by St. Francis Medical Center on November 9th, 2009.

2. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF NOT EXCEEDING

$4,000,000 TAX ANTICIPATION NOTES OF 2010 OF THE TOWNSHIP OF
EWING, IN THE COUNTY OF MERCER, NEW JERSEY.
