Merge Practice EC
1. This is a 10 point extra credit assignment
2. Prepare the Main Document. It should be a two page document and look similar to this one without these
instruction and the header and the footer.
3. Save it as a template using the naming convention for my Drop Box (ex. 9McGaffickDennis).
4. Use MergeEC2.accdb as the data source.
5. Add a years field to the data source and edit each of the records by placing a value in the years field.
6. Add your name and information to the data source.
7. Insert the <<Years>>, <<First and Last Name>> and <<Address Block>> merge fields where indicated.
8. Print the template, the data source, and the one invitation addressed to you.
9. Create envelopes for the data source, print only the one envelope addressed to you
10. Create labels (Avery 5160) for the data source, print only the labels sheet
11. Staple the packet together with this instruction sheet stapled to the top (remember to hand label at the top)
and place the packet in my basket.
12. Drop the template into my Drop Box.
