I, RODRIGO O. APALE, of legal age, Filipino, married to Nellie Mupon and a resident of Binoling, Peaplata, Island Garden City of Samal, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to pursuant to law, depose and say:
1. That I own only an aggregate landholding in the whole

country an area of not more than Five (5) hectares, to include that area of ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIX (1,906) SQUARE METERS, which parcel of land I sold to CATHERINE T. CAHUCOM; 2. That I own no other land except this land above-stated; 3.
