TASK 6-QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE BUSINESS

By asking 3 FIFO workers I know whether: A) How often they would use the service-on a scale of 0 to 10, where 0 is never and 10 is all the time, and B) The convenience of our services, with 0 being not convenient at all and 10 being very convenient. The results show that the workers would use our services on an average basis, but when they did require our services, they would be extremely convenient to them. From this information we can learn that our services are highly convenient for workers when they do choose to use them, however we need to work on ways to increase passenger retention
