Criteria for UNICEF Annoucement

We identified two aspects of a good announcement: content (substance and ideas) and presentation (how you read it). We identified criteria for each aspect, and the larger criteria are the ones identified as the most important. Feel free to meet the other criteria, too, but to fully meet expectations, you will need to successfully focus on the emphasized criteria.
