This course will provide an overview of operations management, where we stress the coordination of product development, process management, and supply chain management. The course will introduce basic operations management terms, tools and techniques for analyzing operations, and strategic context for making operational decisions. We will discuss problems and analysis related to the design, planning, control, and improvement of manufacturing and service operations.

Pedagogy: Lectures, Case studies, Group Presentations and Discussion.
