Minutes of Crown Street Residents Association Committee Meeting

The meeting held on Monday 13th June 2013 was a discussion on very local issues as well as local concerns and was as follows; 1. 2. Further discussion on factoring charges and update on public meeting. Concerns raised in relation to factoring and the service provided by the factor within the area. Concerns raised included high cost of charges, management fee, concerns regarding planned maintenance and cyclical works and overall concerns regarding the quality of service provided. Points raised were noted and it was agreed that Libby Jackson, Brian Scott and Chris Innes would raise some of the concerns at the upcoming meeting with Norman Fitzpatrick of NGHA as well as subsequent meeting with MSP Nicola Sturgeon.
