    TAKE BACK THE ENERGY FIRMS NO TO UTILITY PRICE PRICE RISES


    British Gas has joined SSE by imposing rises of 10.4 and 8.4 per cent for electricity and gas Other firms look set to follow suit. While the bosses laugh all the way to the bank, some 6.7 million people in Britain are now in fuel poverty. Benefit cuts and wage freezes mean some of the worst-hit families cant afford to heat their homes. We wont pay for the bankers crisis The Con-Dem government is making vicious cuts to healthcare, education, jobs and services. The richest corporations and individuals continue to make huge profits, yet their greed and recklessness caused the crisis, and we must resist any attempt to make the workers pay. We say: Bring the energy firms back in to public ownership. No-one should be priced out of heating their homes
