Report of a hit and run accident on Market Street near Barstow Motors. The suspect vehicle is reported as a LoBoy Tractor Trailer carrying a large piece of construction equipment. 2123 Patrol completed traffic stop on Madrid Avenue. Bailey E. Dillabough (16) of Massena, N.Y., was issued a Uniform Traffic Ticket for 1180D Speed in Zone, 48/30, after patrol observed the vehicle she was operating traveling at a high rate of speed Northbound on Madrid Avenue. The ticket is returnable to Potsdam Village Court on November 8th 2013 at 8:30 am. 2253 Patrol completed traffic stop on Market Street. A verbal warning was issued.
