    Clinical signs

    It is adisease of mature animal , associated with stress of pregnancy & lactation 1- in early stage signs of phosphorous deficiency as: ** production & fertility **pica 2-in late stage **stiffness of movement **reluctance of move **lameness (shifting lameness) form leg to leg **the animal lie down for long period

    Treatment
    **As in Rickets (with difference in dose of the drug) =calcium gluconate - 1 liter =AD3E10 CM / I.M /daily =Tonophosphan25-30 cm / I.V or I.M /daily or day after day acc. To severity of the case =Mineral mixture50 gm / daily / orally
