Phillips 2004 What is involved in energizing the body? Physical conditioning and posture development are the two components of energizing the body. A physical conditioning exercise could be stretches or body shakes. A posture development exercise could be the facelift or just practicing proper posture. Energizing the body is especially good for early morning rehearsals or rehearsals after a weekend or long break. They get your body engaged and ready for singing.
