The hand with claws must show some sort of importance to the film as it takes up most of the image. Also there us a woman behind the hand. Does this mean that she is the one with the hand or is she just another one of the victims that the owner of the claw has murdered? There is also a figure which seems like a man standing there and his face is covered up. This could mean he is the killer as she is all covered up. The main part of the image is meant to be the claw, which is represented as the nightmare as people in the movie would be scared that he would come and kill them whereas the pictures behind the claw are a bit more faded meaning that theyre possibly not as important as the man with the claw. Plus, the claw could also be represented as a weapon which means its a prop to the film. On the wall on the left hand side there is pictures that seem to have been drawn by a child, which could have some relevance of why the man with the claw does what he does. The fonts on the poster are quite long and pointy
