    SUBJECT: CERTIFICATE OF AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS (CAF)


    FOR THE 23 HIGH MAST POLES ALONG R-10
    As per instruction of our Chairman, twenty-three (23) high-mast lighting systems shall be
    installed/erected along Radial-10 (R-10) by the Construction and Equipment
    Maintenance Office (CEMO).

    In order to facilitate the immediate illumination of the area, may we respectfully request
    the issuance of Certificate of Availability of Funds for the metering of these street
    lighting system.

    The estimated monthly electrical consumption of the system is PhP 31,848.
