    Regarding obligation number 1310928183

    Request for internal review, and to be considered for issue of an official warning regarding attached Infringement Notice. On the 3/1/2013 I was detected by a speed camera on the Western Ring Road, Sunshine West with the section of the road being 4 lanes. At the time of the offence the road was dry and the weather was fine. I am the holder of a current full Victorian Drivers licence. I have not been issued with a speeding or any other fine in the past 2 years. I have an excellent driving history. The infringement is for doing less than 10 kilometres an hour over the limit. I admit to the offence. At this time I request that consideration be given for infringement notice to be withdrawn, and an official warning be issued in place.
