Location release form

I give permission and hereby grant to JRS Productions, to use the property and area located at 45-65 Oaks Lane, Newbury Park, Essex IG2 7PQ and 7 Kings Park Benfleet SS7 3AY, For the purpose of capturing a still and moving images (interior and exterior). I the undersigned give warrants and fully authorised the entry of this agreement and have the grant the JRS production to use of said premises from 22 nd October 2013 to 10th November 2013 from 10am onwards. I hereby grant and give permission that JRS production the right to bring personnel and equipment required into the property and to remove any equipment after the completion of work. JRS production must leave the said premises in substantially in good condition as when found. I grant the production to film in the location, in well manner and avoid causing any disturbance within the surroundings. I agree that the JRS production shall have all the right to all photographs and recordings that is captured on the said premises, the production shall have the right to use the captured recordings and still images in any manner they desire, without the limitation and restriction of any kind. I agree that the JRS productions are well aware of the health and safety hazard around the said premises. The JRS production must conform and be fully aware of the of the health and safety rule in the location assigned.
