Polishing

Polishing is the finishing process to smoothen the surface of the workpiece. This is done by using abrasive and a work wheel. The purpose of doing this process is to enhance the look of the item, avoid contamination of instruments, remove oxide, and to create a shiny surface. Polishing in Royal Selangor is the same as the normal polishing process with the same purpose which is to smoothen the surface. Using abrasive and work wheel as the polishing tools, polishing is done efficiently. The shaved metal is then collected and recycled to prevent wastage.
