HARRY D. FLORIDA President/CEO Northsky Air Inc. Sir, Greetings! This concerns my monthly compensation and the terms of my travel expenses and other expenses. Its been quite a while that Ive been thinking to ask for an increase of my monthly compensation and to renegotiate the terms of my travel expenses and other expenses relating to the documentations of Northsky. However, since the company came to a halt of its operation when both our fleets were grounded, I did not ask for it then and even agreed for the reduction of my salary to help the company recuperate. Now, since the company is becoming more stable and considering the very high cost of living in metro manila, It is very hard to survive for the current salary which I am receiving, most especially that it is inclusive of my travel expenses, computer rentals and other documentations when retrieving documents through the internet. Sir, I am not asking for too much. I am not asking for the same salary grade as that of my previous employments and without considering the level of my education, knowledge, experience and the quality of my work, I am only asking for a P13,500.00 net excluding travel expenses. Sir, It is true that my job description in Northsky is on call and no time to observe, but the nature of my job is far away harder than just being seated in an office with air conditioned room. It is becoming more demanding than when we first started. It is becoming more complex because of its expansion most especially now that I am to work hand in hand with Clark with the importation permit. I am averaging to be on field 18 days in a month without regard to Saturdays and Sundays. Sir, I am also asking for a printer with scanner and a broadband internet connection for the facilitation of correspondence and documents retrieval. Thank you very much and I am anticipating for your most positive response on the matter.
