RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, that after hearing the special concerns of President Gener R. Sison, the National Directorate, in a special collegial action, hereby transferred the incumbent officer to the vacant position of PhilRES Vice Chairman of the Board. RESOLVED FURTHER, that the National Directorate hereby deemed vacant the PhilRES Presidency and unanimously nominated Rodolfo G. Valencia for the position; RESOLVED FURTHERMORE, after personally communicating above collegial endorsement and on forthright acceptance of the boards nomination, the National Directorate hereby appointed Rodolfo G. Valencia as the New PhilRES President effective immediately.
