Student Contract

I understand the following guidelines:

1. There will be NO cell phones during class time. I will remind you to put your cell phone away once, but if I see it again, it will be mine until the end of the day. 2. Be RESPECTFUL of your classmates and your teacher. There will be ZERO tolerance for disrespect or bullying. 3. Do what is asked of you the FIRST time! 4. Turn in assignments on time! a. 1 Day Late = 75% of score b. 2 Days Late = 50% of score c. 3+ Days Late= 0% of score 5. Be in your seats and ready to start when the bell rings. If not, you will be counted as tardy. 6. Take charge of your LEARNING! How well you do, and what you learn is UP TO YOU!

Consequences:
Warning: I will give you one warning. I will verbally tell you that it is your warning. See me after class: If I have to give you a second warning, I will ask that you see me after class to discuss. Detention: If you do not follow the guidelines, or if you do not follow my direction/warnings, you will be given a detention and a phone call/email will be sent home to parents/guardians. Office Referral: Students that continue to not follow the guidelines or who have ongoing problems will be referred to the office for behavior. NOTE: I may refer you to the office at any time depending on the severity of behavior.
