Check Valve Cartridge 2pk Equivalent to: Waters WAT270941

1.0 Description
These Cartridge Check Valves are designed to be compatible with Waters 2690, 2690D, 2695, 2695D, 2790, and 2795 HPLC systems. They are equivalent to Waters part number WAT270941.

3.0 Replacement Frequency

Need for replacement of the check valves may be indicated by system pressure instability, baseline fluctuations, or irregular mobile phase gradients. Check valve replacement may also be included as part of an annual preventative maintenance program.

4. Insert the new cartridge into the housing. Note: the arrow on the cartridge indicates the direction of flow. When installed in the pump head both the inlet and outlet check valve arrows should be pointing in the upward direction. 5. Finger tighten the check back into the pump head. Then using the inch wrench, tighten the valve until secure or an additional turn. 6. Reconnect the capillary tubing. 7. Purge the check valves and lines of air and check for leaks around the valves.

4.0 Installation Information

CTSs parts are designed to be compatible and interchangeable with the OEM parts. 1. Disconnect the capillary tubing from the check valve. 2. Using a inch wrench loosen and remove the check valve from the pump head. 3. Remove the check valve cartridge from the housing.
