Hamlet Unit KUD

By the end of this unit you will KNOW The plot, characters, themes, motifs, and symbols in Hamlet UNDERSTAND That texts are dynamic; they are living in the sense that their meaning is not fixed, but rather is interpreted and reinterpreted over time DO Complete at least two (2) journal entries. After each act (there are five acts in the play), you will be invited to write a journal entry. You may write as few as two or as many as five. Your best two will be evaluated. Essential Questions: -Are Hamlets actions just? -How do we find meaning in a text? (especially one so old!)

Participate in a tutorial in which you will take on a role and critique a contemporary question related to the play
