Excel helps you create, view and edit spreadsheets on your phone.

How do I get started?

It's easy. To create a new workbook, go to Office Mobile, select New, and then select Excel. Already have a workbook? To open it, just select it.

Find stuff faster

Scrolling through large spreadsheets can be a chore. Work smarter and faster by using the Outline and Find features. If a workbook has multiple sheets, charts or tables, select Outline to see a list. Select on an object name to jump directly to it. The outline list even shows you which sheets have comments, so you can find and respond to those items quickly. You have the option to browse through all comments sequentially or to jump directly to comments in a specific sheet. If youre looking for a particular word or number in a workbook, select Find on the app bar.

Share your docs

To share workbooks with others via email, go to Office Mobile, select and hold the workbook, and from the pop-up menu, select Send as Attachment or Send a Link. You can also use Excel to edit and save shared workbooks on SharePoint Server 2010. Its a great way to stay productive on the road.

Sample Charts
Charts are a great way to present information and Excel lets you create and view them on your phone. Here are some examples.
