Steps to Reproduce:
-----------------1.On the Base ddd a static route with
DIP - 40.0.0.0/8
GW - 20.20.20.16 via Eth ports
2.Check Interniche routing table
3.Add another static route with
DIP - 40.40.0.0/16
GW - 20.20.20.16 via Eth ports
4.Check Interniche routing table
5.Now modify the first route with
DIP - 40.40.0.0/16
GW - 20.20.20.16 via Eth ports
6.Check the Interniche Routing table

Observed results
---------------Step 2: 40.40.0.0 255.255.0.0 20.20.20.16 1

Step 6 updated the subnet mask of entry one.
GUI shows a duplicated route but Interniche route shows differently !!
A duplicated routed should not be added by the user.
If at all the route is allowed to be added, the Interniche routing table should
be having a single entry
