Reporting problems with unit restart

When encountering problems with unit restarts, you should collect the following information: 1. the blackbox of the restarted unit ZDDE:<computer unit>,<unit index>:"ZLE:1,BOXANAGX","Z1U"; 2. the alarm history of the unit starting from four hours before the restart ZAHP:::< date,time >; 3. the MML log files of those users which were active prior to the reset. ZIGO:<date,time>:USERID=ALL; 4. You can also use the following commands: ZWQO:CR; ZWTI:P; ZUSI;
