CHEATING IS NOT THE ANSWER.

If youre a bad test taker or bad at writing papers dont worry, this is youre guide to find alternative ways to do well in classes without cheating. The Writing Center: If you need help editing a paper, using any kind of formatting, or even just needing help on thinking of a topic, then this is the place to go! The Writing Center is designed to help students enhance their critical thinking and revision skills to help them get the A that they want. The student helpers are very well educated on writing papers and have been through these same classes you are struggling with and can give you valuable information to help you make your paper better. The Writing Center is located in the Tucker Center in room 237. It is open from 1:00pm to 8:00 pm and closed on weekends and breaks. Students can make an appointment in My Webb or call (704) 406-4393 during open hours and they will make an appointment for you.

Peer Tutoring: If you are completely lost and unprepared when it comes test time because you dont know how to study or prepare yourself for your test then this is the place to go! Peer tutoring is located in the Tucker Student Center on the third floor next to the Student Success Center. The peer tutors are students who have received an A in the particular class you are having trouble with, and have been through the class themselves and can teach you how to study for the test. To set up an appointment you can use your Webb connect or call (704) 4064562 during open hours and they will make an appointment for you.

The Noel Program: If you get test anxiety, have difficulty concentrating, or are suffering from a disability that inhibits you from taking a test or from studying at your full potential then this is the place to go! The Noel Program is designed to help students with a disability do well in their classes. This may include a tutor, note takers, or even more time for you to take your test in a different setting according to your disability.
