    ASSIGNMENT 1

    DUE DATE: 28/10/13 2PM 1. A tank is used to mix 2 liquids. The control circuit operates as follows:

    a. Design an electrical schematic diagram for the above set up and write down a detailed sequence of operation. (10 marks)

    b. Following all the basic steps of PLC programming of a PLC of your choice, design a program that can be used to control this process. (Convert schematic into ladder logic) This will later be tested on the PLC (15 marks)
