The Following are the penalty clause recommended by UFM committee for mistakes in assessing answer books by examiners. Clause 1 Type of Mistake Totaling Error in answer books Up to 5 mistakes in totaling error 6 to 10 mistakes in totaling error More than 10 * Partially or fully Un-assessed answer book For mistake in one answer book Between 5 to 20 out of every 100 number of answer books. More than 20 answer book * Penalty NIL Rs. 100/Rs. 500/-

Misbehave by an examiner/ Refusal of GTU exam related duty (Theory/Practical) *

Remuneration to be forfeit and to be debarred for three years from the exam related work and also penalty of Rs. 1000/Penalty of Rs. 1000/- and to be derecognize as GTU Faculty.

* In addition to all above cases, 1. Report to highest administrative authority of the institute with a note to be put it in a Confidential Report in case of faculty of Government College 2. List of such cases to be attached to the LIC report for Non Government College. In case of any dispute Hon Vice Chancellor shall be the appellate authority. The notification is applicable from Winter-2013 examinations. The notification is issued with the approval from competent authority. This is for the information to all the examiners. Sd/I/C Registrar
