Deputy Chief Minister said the tremendous pace of development brought about by the Barisan Nasional had restored the people's confidence dented by the bankrupt Opposition who continued to harp on their emotions. H e said the p e o p l e should not cast any doubts on the end result of the 3R system for the Government had time and again said it would not be implemented at the expense of Chinese education.
