Halloween Party

**ATTENTION PARENTS**

This week their homework assignment is to complete 5 sentences, but to include two spelling words per sentence.

We are respectful! Always responsible! Very safe! Excellent attitudes!

When: October 31st 1:00-3:00pm Costumes are allowed Please not too violent! We will participate in the parade and then celebrate in our rooms with treats...please bring a beverage!

Whats New in the Classroom?

Language Arts Unit 1 is quickly wrapping up and we may begin testing portions as early as this week! This week in class we have been working on Compound Sentences!

AR Book Count: 757 books

Mathematics Unit 1 Testing is done and now Unit 2 will focus on addition and subtraction of whole numbers. We will be looking at borrowing and renaming as well! Areas to Review at Home: Counting Money, Telling Time Addition/Subtraction Facts
