    Dispatched Potsdam Rescue to a call Report of sheep in the roadway on Rt 11 past the schools. St. Lawrence Sheriffs Department notified and patrol notified. Patrol responded and located the sheep and the owner attempting to secure them. Potsdam Rescue dispatched to Lawrence Avenue Difficulty breathing Found: Passport. The owner was located, property returned. Report of a Larceny. Investigation continues Potsdam Rescue dispatched to Clarkson University Report of vehicles parking in the IGA parking lot that are not shopping. Patrol assisted in locating the owners for removal. Report of damage to an ATM Record check completed for another agency on a Police Officer candidate. Report of a hit and run accident that occurred in a Clarkson University parking lot. Investigation continues. Driving complaint received. Record check completed for another agency completing a NYS Pistol permit. Harassment complaint Patrol dispatched to a hit and run accident that occurred in a Clarkson University parking lot. Potsdam Rescue dispatched to a call. Received walk in complaint of Aggravated Harassment.
